A holiday home to fall in love with
The end-terrace house was built in Norwegian timber construction in an ecological residential complex in a quiet location. A small children's playground belongs to the residential complex.

For your convenience:
In the kitchen are dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food slicer, raclette and other small electrical appliances and dishes for 12 people.

In the utility room are a: cloakroom, washing machine (clothes dryer in the garden).

In the living room with adjoining conservatory is a leather sofa (3-2-1) with coffee table, a wall unit, a separate dining table (highchair available).

Furthermore, there is a TV, video recorder, DVD player, stereo system with CD player. Telephone calls within Germany and Internet access is free!
In a small library, you may find a holiday book to browse.

In the garden there is a terrace with a seating area and parasol, sun loungers and a charcoal grill.

2 parking spaces are located right next to the house and are reserved for the tenants.

A note for families with children:
A cot with mattress and a highchair are available.

Another note: bed linen and towels are not included in the rent. If required, rental linen can be provided for the price of 12 € per set. The beds can be made upon request.

The Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. A shopping center with supermarket (SKY), bistro, hairdresser, gym, bike rental, post office, etc. is on foot about 5 minutes away and is on the way to the beach. In the village you will find very good fish restaurants, many small fish stalls as well as a Greek, 2 Italian restaurants and a steakhouse. There is also a LIDL market with a bakery in the immediate vicinity.
