The apartment, located 400 meters from the beach in a stylish setting, is located on the ground floor, barrier-free and can accommodate four people. Underfloor heating and automatic room ventilation guarantee an optimal indoor climate in every season.
The high-quality open-plan living-dining area has a comfortable sofa bed with armchair, flatscreen TV, Blue-Ray player and CD radio with USB and Bluetooth and a dining table with four comfortable cantilever chairs.
The midday sun and balmy summer evenings can be spent on the well-furnished south-west terrace.
You can expect a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.
The friendly bedroom offers a spacious double bed (two 90x200 cm mattresses each), a spacious wardrobe, luggage rack, two bedside tables and a TV. A modern bathroom completes the apartment.

Wide fields and an approximately 180-acre mixed forest surround our since 1906 existing beach resort. On long walks through the legendary ghost forest you meet bizarre shaped, fairy-tale-like trees and get in direct contact with the unspoilt nature of the region.
